Description
The JMC Horizontal Form-Fill & Seal (HFFS) Bagger is a high-speed roll-stock bagging system designed to efficiently form, fill, and seal a wide range of bag sizes. The HFFS-21121 handles small to medium consumer bags (5–10 lb), while the HFFS-3118i supports both consumer and bulk formats up to 40 lb.
The system offers fully automatic control of product feed, bagging, and downstream transfer, integrating seamlessly with JMC Master Balers and the JMC Robot Palletizer. Fast product change-overs and maintenance-friendly heat-seal tooling ensure smooth operation, supported by a hygienic stainless-steel construction suitable for wet and cold environments.
Powered by an Omron PLC with a 10″ touchscreen and remote troubleshooting access, the HFFS provides precise, repeatable performance through servo-driven side and top seal assemblies. It handles both printed and clear film, with optional volumetric fillers, vibrating infeed chutes, and adjustable bag-top release for consistent discharge.
Production data recording is standard, with optional upgrades such as a gusset former, inkjet printer package, mobility kit, or scrap/tear-off trim.
